The panel of judges includes five multimillion business investors whom the entrepreneurs try to impress with their ideas. The presenters, before-hand, express the amount of money they wish to raise among all the investors. After that, the investors then throw questions at the presenting party to look for loopholes and to clarify themselves and negotiate the amounts of dollars and percentages that are being offered. If the presenting party fails to raise the initial amount dictated by them at the beginning between all the judges, they leave penniless.
